RADON SAUNA
The sauna uses infrared technology and radon gas which helps the body release toxins also helps relieve pain in a natural way. The heat opens the pores in your body so it can absorb the benefits of the radon.
OZONE THERAPY
Using Ozone (O3) and a sauna room we can open your pours and allow your body to take in the important O3. The benefits from this therapy are numerous. Ozone helps your body detoxify, speeds up cellular repair and duplication all in a completely natural way.
We also use the ozone to speed up blood flow to the brain, which is especially important for those with any type of brain cancer.
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology relieves stress and tension, improves blood supply and promotes the unblocking of nerve impulses and helps nature to normalize the body.

This is one hour of well deserve rest and relaxation. Each massage is adjusted to individual needs and requirements to help the lymph flow and relieve aches and pains. You will be able to escape the vigorous treatments of the day for this time and your energy will be restored.
LYMPHATIC THERAPY
The reasons we use lymphatic drainage at the palace are endless. Lymphatic drainage is a soft tissue manipulation technique geared toward ridding the body of toxins and increasing the body’s immunity. The body has a layer of lymph vessels underneath the skin that is responsible for the removal of waste. It is made up of a series of one way channels that moves lymph fluid to filters called nodes. We apply five grams of pressure to the skin to manually move the lymph fluid. Removing these toxins by actively moving them through and out of the lymph system is going to able lymph tissues to process more toxins or waste. By having a toxin free body the immune system will increase and the healing process speeds up. When receiving the protocals provided here we release a lot of bad toxins into various tissues of the body so it is very important to incorporate lymphatic drainage. When doing lymph drainage the pressure is so minute that you stimulate lymph tissues and nerve endings. By stimulating these sensitive areas of the skin or dermatomes you increase the nerve muscle pathways and get positive reactions from all of the systems of the body. Lymphatic massage is calm and relaxing which is crucial for an already debilitated body. When using lymph drainage in conjunction with cranial sacral, neuromuscular, reflexology, massage, and the other protocals available here we work the mind and body as a whole for beneficial results.
